- No. An ability needs evidence, even if people expect the model to have it.
- What can keep a demonstrated ability out of a product?
- Reliability, safety, cost or an unfinished user experience can delay making it widely available.
- Does undiscovered capability mean the model is secretly learning?
- Not necessarily. People may simply find better ways to use abilities that were already present.
