- Will it run if the computer is shut down?
- A task on that computer generally will not. A hosted scheduler may run elsewhere.
- Does daylight saving time affect it?
- It can, depending on the scheduler and time zone. Check tasks scheduled near clock changes.
- How will I know it failed?
- Arrange a recorded result or notification; a recurring schedule alone does not confirm successful work.
